Listing and accuracy: By submitting a listing or related materials, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and that you have the right to promote the services described.

Review and approval: Listings may be subject to our review before or after publication. We may refuse, edit, suspend, or remove a listing that does not meet our standards, misleads users, or breaches law or these terms.

Licence to display: You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and promote your listing and supplied images or text on Sikkim Tourism Hub and related channels, until you withdraw the listing or we remove it under these terms.

Listing Fees: You agree to pay all applicable listing fees as displayed on the Sikkim Tourism Hub platform at the time of registration or renewal. We do not accept listing fees in cash.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sikkim Tourism Hub and its operators against claims arising from your listing, your services, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate your listing or access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, especially where required for legal, security, or quality reasons.

Nature of the platform: Sikkim Tourism Hub is an independent information and discovery platform. We help you find local businesses and experiences; we are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking agent.

Your own arrangements:We carefully review and verify businesses before listing them on our platform. However, all bookings, payments, permits, transport, and stays are handled directly between you and the business. We encourage you to confirm details like pricing, availability, licences, and safety before finalizing your booking.

Listings and reviews: Content on the site may be provided by businesses or other users. We may moderate or verify listings where described on the site, but we do not guarantee that every detail is current or accurate. Reviews should be honest and respectful; we may remove content that violates our guidelines or applicable law.

Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the site for example posting unlawful or harmful content or spamming businesses.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sikkim Tourism Hub and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with any third-party business, including indirect or consequential loss.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
